The weather seems to be getting harsher year by year and it seems as though it can’t rain in the Brisbane area. Consequently, grass is browning off and crackling as you walk over it – they say rain in November, let us hope so, as without it, we will be awfully dry by then.

Any customer ordering in quantity should do so without delay as seed is short and demand strong.

Highway roadside revegetation and that of the mining companies we deal with ensures a very regular through put of seed, thus commercial propagators derive advantages from these bulk transactions for it ensures that our seed is optimally fresh at any time. The newsletter also contributes directly to this need, for in giving customers prior advice of fresh collections seed, for the most part, is fresh at all times – this is certainly the case with perishables.

New Bank Details – With immediate effect, our primary bankers will be the ANZ Banking Group Limited – BSB 014218 a/c 902630423. These details are recorded on our invoices and statements and customers paying electronically are requested to note this change and to remit accordingly; any questions can be answered by Narelle Evans.

I would like now to direct you to our Specials for the period and to our Fresh Harvest list. We advise that the Acacia species listed in our Fresh Harvest, though long lived, are due to be collected over the coming months.
