OFFERS AND PRICES

PRICE STRUCTURE

10gm – calculated at half the 25gm rate unless specifically listed per 10gm.
25gm to 249gm – calculated in multiples of the 25gm rate.
250gm and over – calculated using the kilogram price.
1000sds to 9999sds – calculated using the 1000sds price.
10,000sds and over – calculating using the 10,000sds price where applicable.

PLACEMENT OF ORDERS

Import Permits or other authorizing documents of the importing country, if applicable, must be advised with the order.

DESPATCH

Orders will be despatched as soon as convenient after receipt of order. Items not available shall be placed on back order for supply as the item becomes available, unless specified to the contrary. Perishable seeds and those of a seasonal nature may not always be available from stocks thus delay may be anticipated until freshly collected.

OWNERSHIP

Sales will be made in accordance with the buyers wishes either FOB, CNF or CIF. Please note that ownership passes to the buyer once the goods are handed to the designated method of transport, accordingly, it is then that the buyers insurable risk and ownership attaches to the shipment.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment must be received prior to shipment unless prior credit arrangements have been made. Where credit is extended, payment is due within 30 days from month end.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS AND RETURN OF GOODS

Orders once placed may only be cancelled with the sellers consent. No goods may be returned without first obtaining authorisation from the seller. No returns will be considered unless they are in the original, unopened packaging of the seller.

EDIBLE SEEDS

Reference to edible seeds expressly excludes the seeds we sell for propagation. It is the resultant crop only that may be considered edible.

SEED COUNTS

Seed counts provided are an approximation for your guidance.

WARRANTY

Except as set out in writing by us, all warranties, representation, promises, conditions or statements regarding the goods supplied, whether expressed or implied and whether statutory or otherwise are to the full extent permitted by law hereby expressly excluded.
Our liability for a breach of a condition of or warranty in this agreement is limited to any one or more of the following (at our option)
the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods: or
the payment of the costs or replacing the goods or of acquiring goods.
In no event will we be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages or exemplary or punitive damages or damage to personal property.
All cultural advice, treatments, and descriptions including but not limited to: seed counts, colour, height, germination rate, growth rate are provided gratis and in good faith as approximations. Significant variations may occur due to climate, location, cultural conditions and factors beyond the control of the seller.

INVOICE WEIGHTS ARE NETT WHEN PACKED

The placing of an order by any means, conveys familiarity with our trading conditions and signifies buyers acceptance of same.
