Common Name: Himalayan Ash
Native to south-east Asia and India. An evergreen small/medium tree growing to 10 m. Grows well in warmer areas of eastern Australia, used as a street tree or garden ornamental as it is drought tolerant and fast growing. The leaves are glossy green with silver/hairy underside. White flower panicles appear in spring.
